Well, next quarter. Stimulus ahead from Fed, so we hang on here.
This is a value play, and such has to be patient to unlock the values. $200M market cap for a $1.6B revenue of a breaking even business..... all it could do is to tighten the belt a bit will have some earning easily.
I understand those who are not long on COCO. But shorting is foolish in my opinion.
This is the same argument many have made for the past 3 losing years. Cheap stock, turnaround coming. But it is turning out not to be a cheap stock and the turnaround is going the wrong way.
The $1.2T in student loan debt is a major issue. Reforms are coming. Regulations will tighten. Public academic institutions like Harvard, Stanford, and the University of CA system just to name a few are now offering alternative education in direct competition with FPE.
The minefield is full of game ending pitfalls. Meanwhile with the downside risk being 100%, the upside is not great. If COCO stays alive and one day grows enrollmnent, it still will be limited and without big profit as the regulators are never going to allow FPE that opportunity. Profitless prosperity at best.
I don't think your statements have any validity whatsoever in the real world context.
