There are other acquisitions in the wings. The next one is even bigger that SFL I'm hearing. I'm new to this board and to the market in general. How would this effect the value of the stock if it were to happen within the next year? Anyone?
Diversifying doesn't seem to be the plan. ENP is pretty well sticking to the core business of pipeline common carriers. The only other business they are in is the coal business, having two large terminals in the midwest. There is an 50% interest in a fractionator in Texas. Do you feel that being a L.P. will detract from their ability to generate funding for these acquisitions that are being talked about? Mr. Kinder seems to either be soundly connected in the banking circles or has very deep pockets. Opinions?
