I hope you are correct, since my average cost for 2000 shares is $50.25. Even a 25% day like today doesn't do much for me. I did pick up a small amount in the high $7.00 range, but that doesn't come close to my exhuberant purchasing in the 60's and high 40's. I'm going back in my hole for 1-1 1/2 years and when I emerge, hopefully I will have recovered some of this loss.
--I sold out today, @ $8.75 and $9.00. I owned some Corning since June, but tripled-up this week, buying more at $7.75 (little), $7.20 (little more) & $7.01. I like the Company, BUT, at a 25% (roughly) surge from the low one day to the high the next, t'is time to get smart. I have found that my judgement is clouded when I bought a stock at much, much higher prices.... Today was a time to SELL!!
