What a fine day for America. 50 years after Martin Luther King's powerful speech, a black president stands in the very same spot and urges Americans to continue the march towards a better and more unified America.
Not everyone will be moved. Petty partisans will remain petty. Racists will remain racists.
But those who understand will be moved.
On ABC, they are saying that this speech may eventually go down in history as one of the greatest speeches that President Obama has given.
Let's see....there was something missing today at the grand 50th celebration......oh, now I know.
I didn't see any American flags, no national anthem, no God bless America, no pledge of allegiance, Some things just aren't important to some people.
