    China is a cesspool

    many many fraud companies were brought to American investors as reverse mergers of already public but defunct shell companies. China is, after all, a cesspool of graft and fraud. So even when the evidence is all to the contrary, ie, suggests a legitimate opperation is underway, American investors are repulsed by Chinese companies that trade in American exchanges thru ADRs. Only the Chinese owners of this company can bring CNET share value up through a genuine buy back, and since CNETmanagers do not care about the stock valuation, they don't use company funds to do this. ...and it is not like there is a real market of companies in China where CNET might actually be bought out by a competitor, or have a Carl Ichan buy the stock and take over the board of directors so he can force a sale of the company...
