You're kidding right? $99 PLAN! What a Joke! I've had Sprint service for years. At best, it sucks. Not that all services don't have their problems. They just price their service as the " best of the best "...
Years back, Sprint was a head of the competition. Now their all about the same. They all work ok, for most users. They need to do away with " Long-term Agreements "...And High Price services.
Just offer the cheapest plans in the sector! I mean, what do they have to lose, the stock is at 2 ( two ) F*ING DOLLARS! WTF!
Sprint's Simply Everything plan is much cheaper than Verizon's or AT&T's unlimited plans. And it's not just a few dollars. Over the life of a contract and/or if several others are on the account, it's a significant sum of money.
What percentage of users really need the plan? Better yet, what percentage of subs even have the plan? Everyone in this sector, offers the same plans, with a few different odds and ends perks. They need to change the business model. Lower prices and go after the teen market. Have some form of " Teen Line " that the kids just must have. I don't know! There's a way to just flat steal subs from the other carriers.
If you don't like long term agreements ....pay full price for the phone. The carriers should offer you service on a month to month basis. No long term contracts ..... customer just pays full price for the phone ... and the carrier does not have to buy it back at any price when you cancel.
