DISH offer is superior. Shareholders want more money, period
some of you dance around here like you can't get enough of Hessee's kok in your mouths. seriously, folks, do you give a rats back hole who gives shareholders the money? what I do know is that Hessee should be fired if the deal does not happen and because of his greed on the clwr deal, he may have screwed everyone out of this buyout. this deal could have closed in June, but, this arrogant ceo had to try to squeeze clwr for every penny he could. wothout clwr, sb walks, that much we know.
so, why did he not offer clwr four bucks a share and get it done?! his arrogance will cost shareholders potentially the dish deal as well as the sb deal. if sb walks, dish might retract the bid as well, leaving sprint 600 million dollars poorer in a payment to sb. sprint is too broke to pay sb the money. so, shareholders end up with zero.
i respectfully disagree with you, the DISH deal is not a good thing for either company as they will saddled with an enormous debt (close if not more than $40B). it will take decades to come out of debt. It is Dish that needs Sprint and not the other way around.
