    Genentech Marketing

Not a total stranger, but post infrequently. Holder for many years after doing due diligence on the science and directors, figuring if just one of their ideas (cancer, stroke, hair growth, heart muscle restoration etc) pans out it will be a successful investment. So far just the cancer seems to have panned out. Given an ave cost of $1.00/share I could not be happier, but it takes patience and years of waiting while riding the roller coaster. Fun to see the plans coming to fruition. I believe in 3-4 more years the in-house compounds may be block busters. However we are likely to have a buy out before then. Giliead would be a logical suitor with there "network" disruption background.

    • golf, my average is a little higher than yours but still low in comparison to what we are trading at now and what I hope we will be trading at in 2012. This roller coaster has been a bit frustrating at times and hopefully we get the vindication we have been waiting for since the promise of growing hair, weight loss, kidney disease etc that unfortunately didn't pan out as we hoped. All it takes is "One success" to make an investor in small biotechs a lot of money. Our "One" will hopefully come any day now. GLTA and keep hunting for those nuggets of info that makes us all feel a little better about holding our investment while we wait.

    • golf, you said earlier you couldn't be happier, I bet you can, and I bet you are happier now than when you first posted that comment LOL. I hope you get even happier as time and results go on. GLTA and today is a good day and hopefully more to follow.
