if they were taken over with just 3.47 mil oz. gold reserves it would be at least $100 per oz. or $8.70 a share (very cheap since at $975 an ounce any price for a junior would be at least $175 an oz. or $15 a share), but if they can add on 1-2 million more in the more explored field and if the newer field next to Newmont, which is 4 times larger than field 1, has 1 million or 20 million than this stock could go way past $25 a share. That could be a few years away and gold be at $600 or $2000 an oz. BUT KGN trades at only $30 an oz on preven and they now have almost 2 years worth of cash to burn and no debt so this is cheap.
I agree $5 is low...Of course that is likely based on current gold price...I dont think the market realizes how much extra property KGN acquired a couple years ago. Have held this stock since 2006 and have been very impressed how much bang for their buck management gets...They have had little liquidation compared to some outfits
