CEO Hill immediately hands off the shares he bought for one cent each. Not a good sign.
What was the date for that sale?
Never mind. I saw the announcement this evening. The options are part of Mr. Hill's compensation. At his age, I imagine he would like to enjoy the money. If he kept all his options to sell later, assuming there will be a higher price, he would only depress the price later. Now the way things are, they are out of the way. At least the shares he sold.
