I'd just like to say a few complimentary words on behalf of ONVI President, IR and legal dept. As a sharedholder I rec'd prompt and courteous response from them during my ONVI dividend distribution fiasco this week. My problem turned out to be between my broker (Fidelity) and I, not ONVI's. Despite this I rec'd very timely and helpful response/phone calls from both ONVI IR and an ONVI attorney. I called and left frantic VM for both Mr Pickett and IR and then within 1 hr rec'd calls from IR and this attorney. Very helpful.
As of this point I still don't know what Fidelity has doen with my cash distribution rec'd last Friday, May 3rd as, cash or shares are still not showing in my act as of this morning. However, Fidelity did tell me yesterday that I would be receiving shrs and that they should be showing by this Friday. Wish me luck with Fidelity.
KG I got my additional shares from Fidelity this morning. The distribution bought me an additional 5200 shares. Now this would be great if the stock ran up to .50. If it did, I would double the distribution. However, my gut is telling me in these market conditions that won't happen. I am get the sick feeling that a reverse split is next and it will have to be a 5 for 1 deal at least to get this stock above one. That would leave me around 1000 shares from this distribution. Oh well. I think in the end all this distribution did was complicate tax matters.
I am in the same boat with Fidelity. I will bring a rein of terror down on them if the money doesn't show up in the account tomorrow. I think Fidelity customers are the only ones going through this. I live in their backyard and actually know some people that work in the systems end of the business. I will rip them a new one if this isn't straightened out by tomorrow. But Fidelity is pretty good. I am sure we will get more shares with the money. If we weren't I am sure the cash would already be in our accounts.
