If they would have lowered their estimates or downgraded the stock, the stock would have moved up. Maybe these firms are trying to get some of their clients out of the stock by raising their price targets. Obviously it didn't "help" the pps since the stock is down 6% after the price target was raised. Nothing to be concerned about since there was no volume with the drop. Now we have to wait for some News (hopefully we'll hear something positive in January/February from Europe.
