    Business question

Concerning the $60 mil that Endocyte expects to raise, I find it interesting that this is coming out right before the verdict by the CHMP. I'm trying to not throw emotion into this, but if you needed to raise cash, wouldn't you do it if felt that your stock was going to go up in value versus going down in value? Or would you do it to take advantage of a $10 share price? I feel the news out of Europe will be positive, but would like other input.

    • This is an ATM, which means they will/can sell into the market as opposed to private investors or underwriters.

Just like an individual, one would presume they would be selling into strength. So it is natural to assume they are expecting a pop on approval, but will raise some cash by selling into that.

    • its going to be positive. at least that is what i think. we will hear soon. if it is positive should see about 14 in the coming weeks. then they raise money. that is my prediction ahead of the results due in Feb. If those are positive, then we should see $20 to 25 by April.

      • Either management feels good about EMA decision and expects a pop in the SP or it's visa versa.....they wanna get it while the SP is still at 10ish before the bad news hits. If it's the latter....volume will tell the story. Need to sell 6 million shares at the current level. That would be significant dilution and drop the SP at least 20 % over time if not immediately.
Best case scenario is 3 million shares at $20 plus 50 million milestone payment. 100 million would be better but I'm guessing all the marbles are on FDA approval.
