No bread and butter money belongs in a high risk / high reward penny stock BUT !!! if you want to speculate in a company that has a brilliant geologist Mr. James Briscoe and Geotech with cutting edge technology for identifying a potential world class mineral deposit
Mr Briscoe has 40 years experience in the tombstone area, working closely with Geotech is right now over in India to present their findings.
30% + gains on a low activity day in the USA because the markets closed early for the 4 th of july does suggest - somethings up here
In my opinion - do some good DD and let that DD guide you to make YOUR OWN INFORMED DECISION
If you are going to present the past in order to speculate on the future then your post should be more comprehensive. Nothing is up here except for some pumping.
Here are the facts to make people's DD that much easier.
In 2004 Liberty "Gold" had:
Shares outstanding: 37.5 million
Price: March 25, 2004: US $1.53
Market cap: US $57.3 million
In 2013 Liberty "Star" had;
Shares outstanding: 777 million (after 1 for 4 reverse split equaling 3.1 BILLION shares issued
Price: Julne 6 2013 : US $.01 representing a 99.4% LOSS in share price
Market cap: US $8.6 million representing an 85% DECREASE
Approximately 1/2 the land position it did in 2004 which Briscoe has been systematically selling for pennies on the dollar to pay for attorney fees and lawsuits. That's right - HALF!!!
Alaskan properties completely DROPPED even though they supposedly contain 7 or 8 Pebble's. If you believe that it would make it the largest copper/gold deposit to have EVER existed in the HISTORY of mining.. yet LBSR sits at .01 with absolutely NO INTEREST from 3rd party's DESPITE previous "whirlwind tours" looking for investors...
Strange isn't it that NOT ONE SINGLE JV offer? Doesn't LBSR SUPPOSEDLY contain 7 or 8 Pebble deposits?
People who are interested in this company need to ask themselves; "Why would there be interest in LBSR's AK properties if it is so rich with minerals?"
oh AND lets not forget ZERO money in the bank. They just had to place a private placement for a measly $50,000!! In this environment (gold breakdown along with the junior resource market bear market) companies with no money will vanish and LBSR is no exception... combine that with the lawsuits filed against LBSR and you can guarantee LBSR is going lower.
