Over 50% short seems rare enough to me, with maybe 3% being average. BUT as I've mentioned, maybe you folks think I'm crazy - but I was in one company (SFCC then) that was OVER 100% shorted. Now that was an experience - a profitable one in the end - but a real experience.
Given the lack of buy interest, won't the shorts recognize the short term manipulation that is pushing the price up as no real threat to them? How far will the price have to move before the short get nervous? All the way back to 30? yah and pigs can fly. We need real sales for this baby to fly!
