Funbunch you hit it on the head -- where was the volume to drive down the bid to 12.50 Tuesday morning. I mean a 3.5% drop on no volume when the S&P never cracked 1% on the downside. And then try to buy it there. LOL!
Ain't that the truth. How was an open of 12.50 providing an orderly market in this stock? 12.50 was never a real price -- it was just a price to allow the Market Maker to Stop Out all the people protecting themselves against a major market move to the downside.(Long Holiday weekend probably increased the quantity of stops making the grab worthwhile -- got some of mine).
Who ended up with that stock -- the MM. Trust me, you could never have bought anywhere near that price unless you had an open buy order in that range before HUM opened.
