Apparently not. I called to look at options to revise my current T plan (vs. bolting for a competitor). Now this is SALES, mind you, not customer service. The system answered with a wait time of 10 minutes and a suggestion to call back later! Yeah, right! CLICK! There goes another T sale.
Stockholders, I suggest you pose as a customer, corporate or consumer, and see why T is losing sales revenues. It's not just due to price decreases. As I have experienced with corporate sales, T has no competent sales mechanisms in place. Expect continuing sales declines in this environment.
