I am also a shareholder, so I can undertstand your concern regarding the current stock price. Over the past several years, Magnetek has undergone a major restructuring, led by Mr. Galef and the Board, which industry observers have said positions the Company to succeed in the digital power market (see: http://www.powercosm.com/free_reports/free_reports.htm). We are working to make that happen; and of course you are free to vote your shares as you wish.
If the strategy by Mr. Galef and the Board is one which is to allow the company to succeed, when will it result in profits after-tax and positive cash flow? Until results match the rhetoric, we as stockholders are "stuck" with a company that appears to exist for the benefit of only a few. The Board appears to have allowed a "restructuring" that was detrimental to the value of shareholders (stock price). No matter the spin, we as stakeholders would like to see signs that the company is making progress -- Profit-after-tax and positive cash flow? When do the industry observors project that to happen?
