The article HSP: Hospira Proving Drug Takeover Target With FDA Scrutiny: Real M&A sounds like a "sell job" by the managers that got caught holding a couple of million shares of HSP at a lot higher price. Maybe they will be successful in "pumping" up the stock price so they can dump it. Pumping may be the only way to get this stock up short term. May hold off selling calls, not sure whether it really is a takeover or not. FDA issues are a major concern. Maybe Miles (at ABT) could buy HSP when it trades low. He's into generics starting in 2013.
At what point in time will they disclose?? Their refusal to even acknowledge the receipt of another form 483s is not allowing investors to make DD. HSP just needs to rip the bandaid off, and put it all out there.
Stock went up significantly to over 29 this morning but now is showing a loss. I guess the "pumpers" of the stock dumped it and left the lemmings hold the bag. Could the pumpers please pump again? I had a couple orders to sell 30 calls and they didn't get filled.
