I predict they never file. I predicted NEW would never file after their extention and was right.The reason they won't file is pretty clear.If they file it opens them up to more charges. The attempted cover up leads to jail. The CPA firm of NFI just quit their attempted stock offering. Would have nothing to do with it. They have to file BK if they don't file by the due date. That's pretty clear. At point they will not have a choice. Will it come before. 50-50.
I ment they never file the last Quarter accounting period. If BZH not file accounting reports by the extened due date they have no choice but to file BK. I predict they never file any more accounting reports.
what are your reasons other than the media overreactions that BZH would file? Nobody ever files their K/Q under SEC investigation. These are senior debt holders buying on the cheap to try to cash in a quick gain at the expense of the Company in a very loosely interpretated covenant violation. Or maybe your reasons are that you're shorter than you'd like to be (guess the flat line today is making you a little nervous?)
