OK so the Jayhawk part is cool but the Chalk part will make me wonder every time I see a T Shirt with that on it. Bragging about rocks? Still better than "War Eagle" when your mascot is a friggin Tiger or a ugly pelican type bird when you are the Hurricanes!
What's a Jayhawk? Is it related to a Hawkeye? Maybe related to a Seahawk? Is it related to that thing that Miami has as a mascot but they some how are called the "Hurricanes"? Is it related to the Auburn War Eagle that for some reason they always yell War Eagle, but they are really the Auburn Tigers? (How can anyone out side of Alabama take them serious when they don't know if they are a bird or a cat?) Is a Jayhawk a bird of prey or a scavenger? Does it survive on carrion? Bugs? And are they the "rock chalk" people or is it "Wok Chalk" Jayhawks or what ever that saying is? And what does "rock chalk" mean anyway? And since it is all in Kansas why should anyone really care?
"pretty scummy state team you have webbie-even with their dirty tactics superior talent always wins" ------------------------------
Jeyehawkey Syndrome--persecution complex--it's always the other guys fault. Search Wiki for some Andy Jackson or John Calhoun quote that shows they would have been rooting for the Jayhawks if they were still living. Shows superiority of Jayhawks when the Founding Fathers were also Jayhawk fans.
