I am and under water right now. This thing is not going to $100 is it?
If it does, I could lose a lot! LOL.
$34.90 was a good price to SHORT, I thought.
It is now trading at $35.34. That is
.44 TIMES a BUNCH= A lot of loss!
I should have listened to jeye. I should have gone LONG at $33.00 for 500 shares instead of SHORT at $35.00 for 5000.
It would be a beotch, if he ends up with my money.
Yeah, it takes a small person to watch day in and day out just to mock someones pick. These are the guys who probably bought a hundred shares and are feeling rich because they made a hundred bucks. It will be a happy day if GM eventually sinks again.
Besides, any talk of shorting will bring out a Play-by rant.
Don't even bother explaining. These guys don't even understand the nuances of being LONG never mind what it means to be SHORT. Being SHORT at any given moment in an equity and have that equity go UP instead of down is one certain FINACIAL DISASTER!
They will taunt you day after day "SHORTS are RUINED", "SHORTS are RUNNING", "SHORTS are COVERING", "SHORT SQUEEZE".etc.etc.
You could be making thousands they will latch on to one transaction and shew on it for days.
I bought in at $34.90, and if the stock went to $40.00 they are all convinced I lost $5.10 a share.
I laugh and carry on.
On BP I made a small fortune while being mocked day in and day out.. I love it.
WNGR123, this board needs your executive and engineering superpowers! Where have you gone? There are villains here like, Liquorstore Man who can not be defeated without your powers!
Please bring your trusty sidekick, Miken246 (if he's not too busy smelling roses). What the heck, bring the whole entourage (they are always with you anyway). We can use the laughs.
Yeah, that's some funny stuff. I still like the "Miken takes the time to smell the roses", but that bit about showing up when he's least expected is great. Kind of like a demented Batman or Spiderman.
I can’t help but picture Matt Dillon with his cheesy teeth in There’s something about Mary when any Corporations middle management is mentioned.
