    Norilsk WSJ Full Page Ad

    Norisk Nickel has a huge full page ad on page B4A of the WSJ. What I can't figure out is why. Is Norilsk trying to capture market share (which is weird for a commodity)? Is Norilsk trying to manipulate the palladium market? Are they doing PR to inform the market that they have enough palladium in case of meltdown in SA?

    Why now? What's up? Any ideas?
