In all honesty it should be in my too hard pile too. The books for me, are extremely complicated and I'm not very good at that anyway.
A few high points.
They are surprising others by growing in a tuff time. Only good if you get what you want rather than taking what you can get. On the last CC they addressed this favorably.
They provide little hard guidance but send out several reports monthly showing what is happening but no comments. Part of me likes that a lot.
At my price, cut the div in half (don't think quite that much is likely) I'll still have beter than 12% yield. I think that will be a rough ride should that happen but I also believe a sustainable yield will be bought thus providing capital gains from my price.
