Your first statement is true, second is not...they need money. It can be a loan, secondary offering, buyout, merger, etc.. That is a certainty. As for the close today, up or down is irrelevant to the cash position. My premise is that this stock is in the hands of operators. Whether they move it up now or later, I do not know. I just make a probability statement and play by it. If it runs away from me, so be it. My probability equation suggests it goes significantly lower before a pump and dump.
