Well, nothing has changed operationally since this was $30, and even at $30 the stock was around 40x earnings (read: way too high). Additionally with the Fed poised to taper its bond buying program that will be a drag on the entire stock market, overpriced "growth stocks" like this will take bigger losses than average issues when that happens.
There were some "big name" investors that bought this stock, but they bought when it was $10-$20 last year.... not $50.
Is that a fact? Who bought the shares they used to raise capital recently? I appreciate the fact you admitted you were short so everything you write is taken in that context but that should not be a license to tell mistruths.
