Last Friday I called to inquire about AET's benefits site. I a question on my 401 (k) and had trouble navigating the relatively new site. As the AET employee in Boston was guiding me through the site, a few more questions came to mind. Then more questions came to mind. I can't recall ever getting a better response to my questions or talking to a more pleasant, patient and helpful person. I even apologized for taking too much of her time time. The response was "I'm here to help you." I asked to speak to her supervisor. I told him of my experience, suggested that he listen to the recording of the rather lengthy conversation and use it as an example to show other employees "This is how it is supposed to be done." As a retiree and stockholder I was impressed.
