Prior to buying my stake today I examined the SEC for the last few months and was pleased to see that Templeton funds and others have purchased large stakes in the last month. Good things are indeed on the horizon. Initially, this stock caught my eye because of its earnings, and the fact that the management bought back shares in January. Besides, it's one of the few South American stocks that isn't an ADR, and therefore must meet the stringent standards for listing on the NYSE This one is a winnner. Don't worry, be happy...Don't sell, don't pay capital gains. Cheers!
