    Turning point

I don't doubt that Crosstex may be able to restore distributions at some point in the future, but anyone that thinks the company can restore to '08 levels is smoking crack. They have sold their south Texas assets as well as the very attractive gas treating division. That income is gone. They continue to suffer in south Louisiana. My guess is Crosstex does return to paying distributions, but I would expect something along the lines of say $.40/unit per year. They may be able to get aggressive after that (say 2011 and on) but they will not be able to go back to the heydays of fat processing margins and frac spreads and cheap capital....
