Laughable. I know several very, very experienced AT&T management employees and they are looking forward to going to work for FTR. In fact, they are already working with FTR to reduce the number of AT&T employees who are at the bottom of the pack as far as being productive.
Lexi, if that were true, I would greatly be surprised. Going from a premier company to a piece meal one. When they are assimilated into the FTR system, it is too late to go back. I bet many wish they could transfer right now out of Conn. I would rather be with T or VZ than FTR.. Maybe T is giving their ex people their pensions. that would ease their pain. As for FTR they are trying to figure out how to fund the ex-VZ pension plans.
