Hey you JAMN bashers, this is a small startup company with huge potential. But they're just getting started. The stock should never have skyrocketed to the nose bleed section so fast. Give them a break. If the company grows carefully and methodically, the stock should be at about $5.00 a year from now...that will be a great return on the investment.
OK, but I don't think this company is a scam. It's just taking time for whatever reasons and sometimes good things come to those who wait. I am willing to wait for great Jamaican coffee beans that are organic and fair traded. And the Marley name doesn't hurt either. And like I said, I drink the coffee everyday and it's really good. My bet is that it is still a great investment.
That's the point - it's NOT a startup - it's a 2-year-old company. You don't go public then start selling products 2 years later. First you come up with a product. You get private funding - angel funding, if you will. You develop and start selling a product, get a presence. THEN you go public to get more financing to really propel the company and pay back the angel investors.
JAMN is an example of how NOT to launch a public company.
