Uh huh. If you were not an employee, a simple "no" would have sufficed. You obviously understand that these emails, including your apologia for management's inadequacy and impropriety will be produced in discovery. Now you are in trouble.
Your analyses in your posts are of someone with inadequate training, you are probably still in school or not trained in finance and law. Your responses to the substantive issues being raised by shareholders on this board are never on point and increasingly are ad hominem attacks. You have a lot to worry about. When you are identified as an employee you are almost certainly going to lose your job, and your actions may have made you a participant in a scheme and artifice to defraud. Not very bright and I won't feel sorry for you when you are legally punished.
