In my experience it usually means that the drug has not been approved. A company is not required to immediately disclose a rejection or delay but the FDA updates their site with new approvals daily. However, the FDA has been known to not meet their own schedule regarding decisions. We'll see...
FDA seldom publish the approval news at the same deadline day. Please be patient, it will be approved and announced in a few days.
This is utter BS. The FDA will not announce an approval or denial until the company has an opportunity to make a PR. What exactly is your experience? This analysis is the equivalent of the fat envelope/thin envleope analysis of college acceptance letters.
I have mixed opinions now. But am surprised some have not stated that they may be working on a buyout deal. LOL. Usually see many pumpers post speculative garbage like that. But in general have mixed opinions right now.
FDA posts approvals the day following the approval. Check the site for today's approvals and you will see all are dated 10/11.
