I understand your your concern for putting someone in the hot seat thur no fault of their own. I was expecting this sort of reply from you and as I say, I understand.
Should your answer have been otherwise and you actually suggested someone, I was prepared to consider him. It's difficult for the shareholder to initiate any changes, period.
As I said in a previous post, I'm not displeased with management's focus on the bottom line but I did feel that Humphreys(after listening to the c.c.)was dragging his feet on the search for a new CEO. Good luck with your protest vote. I know it is probably hopeless but I have no qualms about causing current management a degree of consternation. Heck, they are drawing their renumeration from company funds. I'm sure they can stand any pitiful amount of heat that can be generated here, particularly so, if their policies are sound. skep
