lol..good question..but the point that hasn't been brought up to date is going private. Many companies have pursued this strategy when they have up and coming technology that takes a while to roll out..and current mgmt just cant get the stock to meet the valuation they deem its really worth. I can actually see MSPD doing this..it allows them the acquiror to rid themselves of legacy business or sell off slow growing stuff..change mgmt..yada yada yada.
Probl w/ this possibility is it NEVER works out for outside shareholders..they go private at 10-15% premium from current valuation. Lawsuits filed up the wazoo..but nothing ever comes of it.
This would serve investors like me right..what in the world am i doing in a stock so debt laden with a history like it has!!!!
