Upgrades don't help here. Haven't you seen that in the last few days? As I said, Investors are afraid of the potential for dilution here. That shelf is hanging over our heads. Investors don't want to buy in one day only to find their shares watered down the next day! That crappy move really hurt the credibility of this CEO! We need some sort of assurance that there will be no more shares issued until we hit an acceptable stock price. That would move this stock value!
They don't hear you. They hear what they want to. I've seen this happen so many times. The traders getting them all worked up into a feeding frenzy. They'll be here complaining in a few weeks how bad things are, or how they wished they had sold in the run before earnings.
