I also think it may get worse before getting better, and I have no doubts that new 52week highs are in the cards, but after all the upgrades this morning the stock is still down 17%, as it gets more quiet next few days then shorts may have easier time to take the stock farther down...
one thing is clear, this investigation started over a year ago and year later there has been to charges filed, this tells me there has been NO significant, obvious violations, whatever the AG offices are looking at got to be relatively minor violations, if any, so potential fine, again if any, shouldn't be significant
4 x revenue per quarter on a company being investigated for promotional practices...you're insane. Scripts for this drug are all accounted for and I'm sure QCOR doesn't have the mafia hitting up doctors forcing them to prescribe the drug "or else"...If you want to input into the conversation then do, but make a valid point that has some sort of sustenance don't just start pulling things out of thin air to fit your twisted description of QCOR.
Given how the hedgies have been playing this game lately, attacking stocks by getting their buddies in the media to spread rumors and then contacting the agencies to make inquiries in the company, it's also possible this investigation may not be expanding in the way you think.
