what IF QCOR moves to Ireland?

What kind of benefits would the company have besides paying lower taxes?

And whats the difference between US taxes and that of Ireland?

Do you think QCOR moving their headquarters to Ireland is a huge possibility?

Would love to hear more thoughts on this matter.
    Thanks in advance people!

    Have a nice weekend!

    • Moving to Ireland does not exempt them from criminal prosecution, void any fines, shield from marketing rule changes, or limit any insurance company rule changes.
So yes! All this would do is reduce taxes paid here in US.

    • I posted this a while ago

I am a long term shareholder in ireland
i have been in questcor since 2008
It looks like questcor set up a Irish company
In sept 2013 if you google solocheck and
      questcor you should find it.
looks like profits from the usa and
Europe may start flowing through Ireland's
      Low tax rate.

Also with elan's old CEO now on the bod of questcor
I would say it is only a matter of time before they set up there European operations in

    • Sorry I'm not able to answer any of those questions, however, I think if QCOR moved to another country it would just poke another stick in the eye of the government people that do not like this company already, I.E. Senator Klobuchar from Minnesota.
