    Head's Up on Tech Stocks..

I might hedge with some Vix call options after reading this.. from Harry Boxer aftermkt commentary, who's one of the best tech microcap/ small cap traders I've seen:
"Stepping back and reviewing the hourly chart patterns, the indices were very choppy, up in the morning, down midday, back up in the afternoon, and down at the close. It was a mixed close and a choppy way to start the week.
*** We are very worried about, not only the head-and-shoulders pattern that developed on the Nasdaq 100, but the island reversal at that head could be very ominous. We'll have to see if the wedge that's currently in play on the right shoulder breaks or not. If an upside break occurs, all bets are off on a downside move"..
Bullish upside and very bearish downside....

    Sentiment: Buy

Does anyone know how to interpet OBV? It went from +40K to -10k while Vasco was moving to 8 from 7.85..there wasn't much volume either for this OBV move...

However, like other areas of the information technology industry, uncertain global economic environment also has had an impact on the security software market.
Despite tightening IT budgets, the security software market has been resilient. And with the global economic outlook improving, technology spending is expected to bounce back this year. This should help security software and services providers...
