In the past this board has been very educational for me. I have no personal rationale for a yes or no vote on the merger. But I am curious about the adamacy of the the negatives. CRBC is doing well in the market, but so is FMER. Is CRBC limited as to how far it can go due to its size. The economy looks like its moving positively so wouldn't a bigger FMER have a better chance to grow. Plus it pays a dividend. Any clarification would be helpful. Thanks in advance. .
that was my opinion, based on my investment experience and knoledge of markets, but I am not saying that it is the only or the correct choice. You may be absolutely corre ct that a larger bank after the merger will do even better.
IMHO, we should vote 'no', albeit, this merger would have not been proposed if the votes were not there already. I believe CRBC is better to grow on its own. The BOD have done very well, for all the reasons stated on this forum in the past few months.
Go CTZ-A, you little beauties!!!
