someone posted that drop is caused by large block of sale.. if that's the case then we shd get the bounce tomorrow or day after.. In the meantime management shd some out and explain their stance on getting acquired so that it settles..
that "advertisement" came out this morning first of all, and its some idiot lawyer probably tired of chasing ambulances and is trying to get shareholders to call him to try and file a suit. All the people that bought the stock before sept, and thats who he want to call have already made more than 300% on their money, so i dont expect he'll get any calls.
there were 2 block sales of 500k share each in the last 30 min of trading, and when each one went through the stock dropped $2/sh each time. you gotta remember, there's not alot of float out there so any huge trades either way at once will drive this stock up or down very quick and the timing of the sale really gave no time for any meaningful recovery today, but it'll go back up tommorrow because people will scoop those up quickly and it'll stay around 39-40 until radware makes a decision publicly as they said they would in the next few days.
you file a lawsuit when you think this is another rumor and everything is baseless and management broke their fiduciary duty to shareholders...and sold shares in the run-up...either leaking false info...or leaking info. they shouldn't have leaked...lawsuits for wrongdoing...as Cramer said...is always a sell...management can make shareholders happy if they sell the company for $47 or higher...this week
