I am sure management will be in the market today buying shares. If the market wants to let you buy shares at discount near 52 week lows...you take advantage. Plus I am sure the short interest has increased further. The shares did not get back down to 13.38. And the volume was not as drastic as last quarter. The last time management did a buy back after the shares fell the stock went from ~10 to $20...I do not think we get a double, but $2-3...they should announce a dividend or buy a higher growth small cap that compliments their offerings. Or look at strategic alternatives. If I were the z's I would buy back as many public shares as possible and these lower prices before trying to sell...it would be a better return on the cash hoard if you could sell rdwr for 40% premium. A dividend could make a lot of sense as well
Dividend would do nothing. Very strange that they only bought back $3m in Q2 and have $37m remaining. Either they knew the quarter was weak and Q3 is weak and are keeping their powder dry or in discussions. They need to sell to a much bigger company as they can not get it done by themselves.
