I find this guy detrimental to NBS. The content of his posts are always destructive. I have never seen anyone get away with what he has in any message board. I have discussed this problem with numerous experienced board posters and they have said that our goal should be to try to ban this individual from our site. To ignore the individual is to support him. In this particular case I don't think that just ignoring him will be effective. He must be banned. Do you not agree? The only way to do this is to get enough people to flag him. His actions essentially amount to a combination Ddos attack and stock price manipulation by discouraging new investors who might be considering buying the stock. Even if he turns away 1 investor he has succeeded. I have the following suggestions.
When you get the opportunity which is often. Do not feed him with responses but instead flag him. Hit the report abuse button!!!!!!! Not the ignore button.
You are not finished yet... After you hit the report abuse, at the button, toward the end of the explanation that pops up, in the last line of the sentence, there is a link in the word "here". Click on it.
You will then get a selection of options with radio buttons on each selection.
Hit the other button.
You will then get a field to explain the situation.
Explain the problem and hit send.
Rather than spend your time responding to or referencing the individual, with replies to his posts, I strongly recommend we take this course of action.
You will save time this way and it will be more effective.
If you have extra time you can give him a thumbs down to his long term disclosure but do not respond to him.
Let's get our site back
