The answer to your question is in the 10K. The Vehicle sensor sales had dropped by 50% when the economy tanked (end of fiscal 2009) . Now, they are having more success with the vehicle sensor orders. The main component of those sales and great profit margins was LDW (lane departure warning) systems. ITI is on track to grow this back.
From the 10K: "The largest element of Vehicle Sensors net sales was sales of our LDW systems to the heavy truck market, which aggregated approximately $5.6 million in Fiscal 2010, $9.9 million in Fiscal 2009 and $10.0 million in Fiscal 2008. Vehicle Sensors net sales have sequentially decreased over the last two fiscal years primarily due to the slowdown in our LDW unit shipments to each of our key markets, which began in the fourth quarter of Fiscal 2009."
