    Perspective of customer

    I am a customer, I have been a stock holder, and I don;t really get why this stock has gone from where I traded it in 12's to next to nothing.

    Banking service from customer perspective just okay, could do better. Stay with them only because best rates though not by much and face it none has decent savings/cd rates now.

    I don't get their business plan. Come into this area, wealthy county NY City adjacent, maintain branch in Peekskill downtown, over front crappy area City sorry to say. Remodel branch in decent area but leave ATM outside next to drive in making it less than convenient. Branch staff change constantly.

    Customer Service clueless. In example go in day early large CD coming do plan to do 5 cd ladder. Want to drop off so they can handle paperwork and I can come in next day and do in and out. NO NO NO have to come in next day. Wind up sitting there 1.5 hours as they do paperwork? WHY?

    Day someone offers fraction rate hire out of there except for checking and bill pay.

    Currently hold no position but find current price attractive enough if here is some plan? Do they have a plan?
