I've been in it for two months and getting out soon as it hits 4.30 for one second. . Last month bought in at 4.30 and went down to 4.10 and now hanging around 4.20. I bought OAKS last week, also a monthly div giver and like today it's up 10 cents not 2 cents like ARR. There are a lot of GOOD reits you should look at before you buy into this one. This is my opinion and good luck gambling.
You ain't been in long enough to see yer divvies pile up and/or lower your actual cost. Paid avg $4.80 JUN 2013 and just about breaking even now. However, MORL paid 18.2% divvies in 9-months +up 7% =25.2% =33.6% annualized, plus the divvy's going back up again.
