As a small investor who doesn't know what to make of this development, I have to ask - does it make sense to sit on this stock right now? I took a hit this morning (like all shareholders), is there reason to believe that there will be another major selloff before this is all said and done?
I was not happy with the development today, especially since I bought back in yesterday at $2.26 per share. (Earlier I had bought in around $2 per share and sold ar $2.30 per share) However, after seeing that it initially traded down near the secondary price of $1.70 today, I doubled my position at $1.76 per share, so my average price is about $2.01 per share. Right now there has been some recovery to about $1.85 and it looks like things are going to hold. I expect the next few quarters should look better once the new purchases start to produce.
You have to be kidding. Anyone selling here should not be invested in the stock market. The only people who should be selling are people who can buy into the placement (or bought into it). There is macro risk from the debt ceiling show down and the government shut down, but this company is closing their first acquisition. Sit on it as an investor and my guess is you will be quite happy by year end.
