And if I understand Neil correctly, here are how our damages work:Those who sold their FB at a loss have ACTUAL damages. Those who still hold also have ACTUAL damages. Holders' damages are calculated by an average of the daily stock price beginning on approximately May 23, 2012. At that point, damages are determined from a sixty day average. If a "holder" maintains their holdings in FB for 90 days, it is the 90 day average that dictates the damages. Therefore, even if the stock stays at the current level (about $30 per share) for 90 days, then the 90 day average is what is used to calculate a "holder's" damages. If the stock jumps back to $38 or above AFTER that 90 days, the holder is still entitled to the damages as the holder has been denied the effective use of the money due to the alleged NEGLIGENCE committed upon the IPO or in the weeks thereafter. I hope I got this exactly right...but that is basically how it works.
If you have questions, I know Neil will talk to you no matter how many shares you bought or sold. And this is not SPAM.
No, Neil is special. He can screw you in several different names at once. He's a legal team all rolled in one! Except without any legal skills, of course. KSN only hires the best! Vote Neil and friends! Wonder if he files his tax return as 27 different people.
I always love it when Neil is talking to himself in his various aliases, to troll for clients who want a desperate firm to represent them, that he ofen claims "it's not spam."
Neil asks himself questions, then responds as Neil. Funny, none of his fake clients of his "fine firm" post about anything except what great lawyers they are. Do you think it's maybe better to hire a firm that studies stock and knows something about it, then some firm who hires doofs who spend all day creating fake "happy clients" who talk to themselves about themselves?
Neil, don't you prefer to pump yourself and solicit clients like some guy with a wing on TV worse than they do, by posting it in all your fake aliases you use to spam every one of these forums with false advertising with fake clients, then give yourself five stars?
You would choose this firm with unethical advertising practices to represent you? Good luck with that. Neil, on presumably the permission of the firm, has given me explicit permission to "do whatever I want," because he has "bigger things to worry about" than KSF's image. Instead, he wishes to turn their image into "unethical lying pumpers chasing unethical lying pumpers."
Write Neil while you can, because he will soon be working at KFC, not KSF. You with these guys? Wait until opposing counsel gets a hold of this one. It's not like TV, kids, once you say "objection," the jury has already heard it, and they'll consider it more closely after the judge has told them to ignore what they just heard.
OH man. Neil said "he hopes he got it right." He wrote me privately, not kidding, and doesn't know the jurisdiction of state bars, versus this forum's terms, versus the DOJ, versus the SEC. Great job, buddy! Are you your own "second chair" when you try to try cases for somebody stupid enough to believe that they should hire a firm with guys like you that pumps to go after pumpers?
Your honor, Neil, I mean bob, i mean alice, I mean Sam, for Plaintiff. How many of the lawyers on the firms roster are actually just neil?
Remember the good old saying "A fool and his money are soon parted"
Why should the baggies get ANYTHING. All information was made public and it doesn't take much common sense to figure out a company that makes $205M/Q is not a 100 Billion dollar company...
This is all just a ploy for the lawyers to make out like bandits, just as the FB insiders...
I am thanking Neil for the information. He informed me of things I did not know and how my damages are calculated in such cases. I have called him before and again...as always...I was very impressed. AND FYI.....THIS IS NOT SPAM!
I would highly recommend anyone contact him. Good guy. Great lawyer.
