E*TRADE's BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT since last Thu citing that someone using my account
They called me two times E*trade asked me to write a letter and send them copy of my SSN and my IDs. I did exactly what they told me to do. Then I called them four times and asked them to transfer money back to my banks but they did not. They said they need to do more investigation and will call me back.but they called me again and hang up.
What should I do? Please help.
