Get the name right! Last week I contacted 45 of 46 Republican Senators asking them to get it right, also. Wait until the people discover health care ins. can only be bought through the O'Bama Unaffordable Health Care Act exchanges or the staterun exchanges after Jan. 1st. unless of course you are 65 or over. Cancellation and Not Avilible notices are going out now all over the country! People will be in shock! And then they find out the cost - stroke and seizure time. They better have ins. as they'll need it! ed
"Wait until the people discover health care ins. can only be bought through the O'Bama Unaffordable Health Care Act exchanges : is a completely inaccurate statement, at least for wisconsin. The states largest health insurers have opted to not offer plans on the exchanges. they are still offering te same plans that they offered before
Obamacare is not goign to reduce choice. for m any people, its going to increase it
There is either a state exchange or a national exchange in every state. But nobody is forced to get their insurance there. If you have insurance you can keep it. If you don't you can buy insurance directly from the insurance companies if you want.
January 2014 should be an interesting month as people are forced to purchase health insurance. Yes indeed there will be many that are shocked at the monthly premiums as well as the very high deductibles. Little do they know that these high rates are teaser rates that were suppose to encourage them to sign up for the "cheap" health insurance. The system is designed to increase your premiums as your income goes up so if you are fresh out of college with a small income and you enter your name into the IRS system you will be required to contribute a great deal more as your income increases. A family of four is expected to have a $18,000 medical expense by 2016 including insurance premiums and out of pocket deductibles; nearly 30% of the average household income.
Within a few months we are sure to hear from more folks that come begging the congress to stop this nonsense that is The Unaffordable Health Car Law.
